By using Buyra platforms (including Buyra Flow, Buyra Stream, and developer API keys), you agree to comply with the terms defined below.

1. Scope of Service & SLAs

We guarantee a 99.99% availability SLA for production database cache layers, pipeline brokers, and model dispatch nodes. Maintenance is scheduled during low-traffic windows with 48-hour client alerts.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain sole ownership of all datasets, custom fine-tuned model weights, and custom-designed ETL schemas. Buyra retains ownership of compiled underlying core SDK and broker codebase frameworks.

3. Acceptable Telemetry Bounds

All custom API calls must match the agreed-upon rate limits. Scraping vector caches, reverse engineering routing endpoints, or overload attacks on pipeline brokers will trigger instant token suspension.
